Giropay

The online payment method giropay was developed within the German banking industry and, with Postbank, Sparkassen and Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, has strong, trustworthy partners who guarantee the highest security standards. If you choose to pay with giropay, you will be directed from the "Click and Buy payment pages" via a secure connection directly to your online banking account at your bank or savings bank, where you will initiate the transfer for your purchase. The special thing about it is that there is an immediate payment confirmation. You can use all your bank accounts for payments with giropay, as long as they are accounts with one of the participating credit institutions and these accounts are activated for online banking. These include accounts from Postbank, Sparkassen, Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken.

S€PA direct debit

If the payment method "Sepa direct debit" is selected, PayOne GmbH Frankfurt will collect the invoice amount from the customer's bank account after the SEPA direct debit mandate has been issued, but not before the deadline for prior information has expired. Preliminary information ("Pre-Notification") is every message (e.g. invoice, policy, contract) to the customer that announces a debit by SEPA direct debit. If the direct debit is not redeemed due to insufficient account funds or due to the provision of an incorrect bank account or if the customer objects to the debit, although he is not authorized to do so, the customer must bear the fees incurred by the chargeback of the respective credit institution if he is responsible for this .

Credit Card

Your credit card will be charged in our online shop at the time of the order. The 3D-Secure credit card security procedure is used to increase security when paying by credit card. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. Payment by credit card is made by specifying the credit card number, the validity date and, if applicable, the CVC number in the corresponding input fields of the order dialog.
