Our delivery service

In order to ensure fast and convenient delivery, we work with the DHL delivery service, which, depending on your wishes, brings your order to your home, Packstation or your place of work.

transport damage

Damage to the package that is visible from the outside must be reported immediately to the DHL delivery agent. The deliverer must confirm the damage to your delivery in writing. If the deliverer does not want to confirm the damage or loss of the content, please refuse to accept the package.

Instructions for the disposal of the shipping packaging

We have concluded an exemption contract with LANDBELL AG in 55116 Mainz in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance (§6 Paragraph 3 of the Packaging Ordinance). This enables you to feed the packaging materials we use into the regional recycling cycle (e.g. blue or yellow bin).

For domestic shipping, we charge a flat fee of € 5.00 per order. This does not apply to an order value of € 100.00.

With cash on delivery: plus 6.00 € cash on delivery fee from DHL.

DHL Express

Express delivery by weight, day and time, only within Germany. From Monday to Friday, DHL Express delivers parcels between 07:00 and 18:00. Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What do I have to consider for express delivery?

Orders (only immediately available items) that are to be sent by express must be received by 1:00 p.m.

Orders placed on Fridays or on the working day before a public holiday after 1 p.m. will only be processed on the next working day.

For express orders no matter what payment method, your order will only be sent after receipt of payment. Please note that credit card payments can take up to 12 hours to be finally authorized. The method of payment on delivery is not possible with express delivery.

Shipping and working days for online shipping from Underwater No.1 are Monday to Friday.

* Exception: December 23 - until 12:00 and public holidays.
